A Few Helpful Hints:

1. DO NOT wait until you are days from utilities being cut off to contact us.
​
2. Be able to prove your request, for example Past Due Bills /DD214, proof of income, just to name a few.
​
3. If you are scamming, please note ALL INFORMATION IS VERIFIED.
​
4. NO FUNDS are given directly to you. WE Pay the bills if approved.
​
5. Being referred by another organization is NOT APPROVAL. We have our own process, and we are not an entity of other organizations that refer you.
​
6. Please allow 7-10 business day for final processing.
​
7. Due to constant abuse of our help, we no longer assist with Mortgage, Rent, or Car notes effective 29 Aug 2025.
​
8. YOU MUST be a "SINGLE" Female Veteran
living alone with children or an Elderly Female Veteran living alone. In other words, you cannot be a "Two income" household.
